Common use of Commercialization Reports Clause in Contracts

Commercialization Reports. Throughout the Term and during the Post- termination Period, and within thirty (30) days of the date specified in the schedule set forth in section 10 of the EPLA, the Licensee shall deliver to the University written reports of the Licensee’s and sublicensees’ (or any further sublicensees’) efforts and plans to commercialize the Licensed Technology and to manufacture, offer to sell, or sell Licensed Products.
