Commercial Segment / Phase shall be the non–residential portion of the Project meant for and to be utilized for commercial purposes only which may inter-alia have provision for : bank/ ATM, , Daily convenience Store with Milk, fruits, vegetables and other edibles, Beauty Parlour, Medical Stores etc . However, it shall be the sole discretion of the Builder/Promoter to allot number of stores for various purposes for Value or consideration to be received only by Builder/ Promoter.

  • Commercial Operation On or before December 31, 2023, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
