Common use of Commencement of movement Clause in Contracts

Commencement of movement. On day D+1, a delegate from the National Government and a delegate from the FARC-EP will deliver the coordinates of the location of units of the Colombian State Armed Forces and of the FARC-EP to the IC-MVM in order for the necessary measures to be adopted to allow movement of the FARC-EP structures to the TLZNs in a safe and secure manner under MVM monitoring and verification. Such movements may be accompanied by the MVM if the National Government and the FARC- EP so wish.
