Common use of Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information Clause in Contracts

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The Business will ensure that each Business User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as required in order for us: (i) to verify his or her identity; (ii) to provide financial services and products to the Business, including to carry out actions and Transactions as the Business User may instruct; and (iii) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Business will ensure that each Business User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as required in order for us: (i) to verify his or her identityidentity (including biometrics); (ii) to provide financial services and products to the Business, including to carry out actions and Transactions as the Business User may instruct; and (iii) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. • The Business agrees to provide, on our request, full particulars of the identities of any and all Signing Officers, Delegates and other officers, employees or parties related to the Business.
