COE definition

COE or “Municipality” shall mean the CITY OF EKURHULENI;
COE means the Certificate of Entitlement and is a permit issued by the Registrar of Vehicles under section 10A of the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276);
COE means Confirmation of Enrolment which is a document, provided electronically, issued by the registered provider to intending overseas students and which must accompany their application for a student visa.
