Coaching Longevity. There will be longevity stipends payable only to coaches of $150 upon commencement of the fifth continuous school years of coaching services and an additional $300 (total $450) upon the commencement of the tenth consecutive school years of continuous coaching services. For those coaches of multiple sports, there shall be an additional $100 added to their longevity beginning with ten continuous years for meeting this criteria in two
Coaching Longevity. Unit members who have coached for seven (7) or more years shall receive two hundred dollars ($200) added to their regular coaching salary. Longevities shall be paid each year. The activities listed above will be paid according to the pay scale shown. These jobs will be offered first to members of the bargaining unit but if no member of the bargaining unit volunteers to perform the activity, the position may be filled by a member of the community. These jobs are to be offered to qualified personnel, if available. The Board may choose to negotiate any extra-curricular activity position not filled by a current professional teaching staff member.

The increment shall commence with the fifth year.
