Common use of Co-located CONTRACTOR Employees Clause in Contracts

Co-located CONTRACTOR Employees. Co-location of CONTRACTOR’S employees at County facilities is discouraged and co-location will only be authorized in extraordinary circumstances as necessary to fulfill important service obligations under this Agreement. Such circumstances [are/are not] present here. Co-located CONTRACTOR employees will be required to pass a back-ground check and acknowledge familiarity with identified County policies and procedures. Co-located CONTRACTOR employees will also participate in any trainings deemed necessary by COUNTY.
