Club Dues. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall pay or cause to be paid the Executive’s membership dues in civic clubs. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive shall be reimbursed for dues and expenses associated with membership in and use of the private country club of the Executive’s choice in Charleston County.
