Common use of Closure Clause in Contracts

Closure. 9.1.1 In the event that the Charter School is required to cease operation for any reason, including but not limited to non-renewal, termination, or voluntary surrender of the Charter Contract, the Charter School shall cooperate fully with the Authority to ensure the orderly closure of the Charter School in a manner consistent with state law and regulation (NRS 388A.306), including, but not limited to:

Closure. 9.1.1 5.5.1 In the event that the Charter School is required to should cease operation operations for any reason, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement, surrender, revocation, or non-renewal, termination, or voluntary surrender renewal of the Charter Contract, or dissolution of the Charter School Operator, the Charter Operator’s Board of Directors shall cooperate fully with the Authority to ensure have direct responsibility for carrying out the orderly closure of the Charter School and disposition of assets in a manner consistent accordance with state law applicable law. The BOARD shall have authority to supervise, oversee, or direct the dissolution of the Charter School and regulation (NRS 388A.306), including, but not limited to:the disposition of assets of the Charter School.
