Closing the Commanding Post. 1. At the time the command post is established, the OSC or his/her designated representative will give the FESC an estimate of how long the command post will remain open, and will notify him/her in a timely manner of any change in that estimate. The OSC will provide written notice to the REC at least three workdays before closing the command post. Except as indicated in VII.C.2 below, GSA support to the Federal emergency response will normally cease upon closure of the command post, at which time all further logistical and financial support will be provided to the OSC through its normal operating procedures. Normally, all equipment on loan or lease will be returned at this time. Also, any contracts or service arrangements requiring GSA intervention will be terminated. Any active contractual agreements and/or arrangements for service required by the OSC after the closing of the command post will become the full responsibility of the OSC, or other member agencies of the NRT, unless GSA is specifically requested to provide continuing services. The GSA Federal Supply Service support may continue until completion of utilization and donation actions, if any.

The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.

  • Closing the Account You May Cancel This Agreement You may cancel this agreement for any reason within 14 business days after you receive your card for a new account or such additional period if we permit or under applicable law. If you cancel within this time, we will refund or credit any annual fee for the new account. If you use or receive any benefit associated with the account before cancellation, the value of such benefit will be deducted from any refund you would otherwise receive. If you or a supplementary cardmember authorize any charge on the account, you will be required to repay all such amounts, including applicable interest. You may cancel the agreement by phoning us at the number on the back of your card and providing us with your card number. You may also cancel by writing to us and including your name, card number and contact information.

  • CLOSING PROVISIONS (a) Subscriber agrees to be identified as a customer of JetBrains and agrees that JetBrains may refer to Subscriber by name, trade name and trademark, if applicable, and may briefly describe Subscriber’s business in JetBrains marketing materials, on JetBrains Site, and in public or legal documents. Subscriber hereby grants JetBrains a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Subscriber’s name and any of Subscriber’s trade names and trademarks solely pursuant to this marketing section.

  • Certain Notifications Until Closing From the Signing Date until the Closing, the Company shall promptly notify the Investor of (i) any fact, event or circumstance of which it is aware and which would reasonably be expected to cause any representation or warranty of the Company contained in this Agreement to be untrue or inaccurate in any material respect or to cause any covenant or agreement of the Company contained in this Agreement not to be complied with or satisfied in any material respect and (ii) except as Previously Disclosed, any fact, circumstance, event, change, occurrence, condition or development of which the Company is aware and which, individually or in the aggregate, has had or would reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect; provided, however, that delivery of any notice pursuant to this Section 3.4 shall not limit or affect any rights of or remedies available to the Investor; provided, further, that a failure to comply with this Section 3.4 shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or the failure of any condition set forth in Section 1.2 to be satisfied unless the underlying Company Material Adverse Effect or material breach would independently result in the failure of a condition set forth in Section 1.2 to be satisfied.

  • Franchise Tax Board Review (a) In addition to the reporting requirements in section 6, Taxpayer agrees to comply with the FTB’s review of the books and records for purposes of determining if Taxpayer has complied with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • What To Do If You Find A Mistake On Your Statement If you think there is an error on your statement, write to us at the address listed on your statement. In your letter, give us the following information: - Account information: Your name and account number. - Dollar amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error. - Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your xxxx, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us: - Within 60 days after the error appeared on your statement. - At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you want to stop payment on the amount you think is wrong. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing or electronically. You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question. What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Termination in the Event of Financial Difficulties If the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver the Funder will consult with the Director before determining whether this Agreement will be terminated. If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.

  • Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the statement was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including FINANCE CHARGES, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your statement that are not in question. If we find that we made a mistake on your statement, you will not have to pay any FINANCE CHARGES related to any questioned amount. If we didn’t make a mistake, you may have to pay FINANCE CHARGES and you will have to make up any missed payments on the questioned amount. In either case, we will send you a statement of the amount you owe and the date that it is due. If you fail to pay the amount that we think you owe, we may report you as delinquent. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within 10 days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your statement. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE FEDERAL EARNED INCOME CREDIT The Contractor shall notify its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.
