Closing Documents to be Delivered by Seller. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the following ("Seller's Closing Documents"):

Closing Documents to be Delivered by Seller. On the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer), and acknowledge with cross-receipts therefore:
