SPONSOR is responsible for, and agrees to, register the Study and post the results information in accordance with the requirements of the Public Service Act, 42 U.S.C. 282(j)(1)(A), if applicable, as determined by SPONSOR. Institution agrees that it will not register the Study.

SPONSOR is responsible for, and agrees to, register the Study Trial and post the results information in accordance with the requirements of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) the Public Service Act, 42 U.S.C. 282(j)(1)(A), if applicable, as determined by SPONSOR. Such registration shall be completed prior to enrollment of any Subject at Institution. Institution agrees that it will not register any Trial that has been registered by the StudySPONSOR.
