Clinical and Staffing Standards. 8 The AGENCY expects that the provision of Non-Emergency ambulance services shall 9 conform to the highest professional standards and shall comply with all applicable State 10 laws and regulations and AGENCY policies, procedures and field treatment guidelines. 11 All persons employed by the CONTRACTOR in the performance of work under this 12 agreement shall be competent and shall hold appropriate and current valid certificates 13 as established by the State of California and the AGENCY for their level of certification.
