Common use of CLEAN UP Clause in Contracts

CLEAN UP. The Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations under the Agreement. Upon completion of Work or at the Client’s request, the Contractor shall remove from and about the Project waste materials, rubbish, the Contractor’s tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials. If the Contractor fails to do so, the Client may do so and charge to the Contractor all costs incurred.
