Common use of CLEAN UP Clause in Contracts

CLEAN UP. At all times during the course of construction, Subcontractor shall perform his work so as to maintain the site in a clean, safe and orderly condition. Upon completion of the work under this Agreement, Subcontractor shall remove from the site all hazardous materials, temporary structures, debris and waste incident to his operation and clean all surfaces, fixtures, equipment, etc., relative to the performance of this Agreement.
