Clause 59. 1.1 above shall not apply to provisions of this Agreement or a Project Document designated as Commercially Sensitive Information and listed in Schedule Part 21 (Commercially Sensitive Information) which shall, subject to Clause 59.2 below, be kept confidential for the periods specified in Schedule Part 21 (Commercially Sensitive Information).
