Classroom Visit. Educators in Year 3 of a Self-Directed Growth Plan visit a colleague’s classroom or workspace when the colleague is working with students. The visit should be pre-arranged at a time mutually convenient to each Educator, should typically last at least ten minutes in length, and result in a collegial conversation about instructional practices, classroom management, assessment, or other relevant areas of the profession. This visit is non-evaluative.
