Adjunct Faculty Evaluation Clause Samples

Typically, this involves periodic reviews based on teaching effectiveness, student feedback, and adherence to institutional policies, which may include classroom observations or submission of teaching materials. The core function of this clause is to ensure instructional quality and accountability among adjunct faculty, supporting consistent educational standards and providing a basis for contract renewal or professional development.
