Classroom Privacy. 1. No District personnel shall use electronic devices to observe, listen to, or record classroom activity unless the teacher receives twenty-four (24) hours prior notice that states the purpose of the observation, listening or recording and when the observation, listening or recording shall occur. The teacher shall be provided a copy of any recording, photo, or videotape upon request. This does not preclude the use of electronic note taking.
