CLASSIFICATIONS - SCHEDULE "A. (a) A Journeyman Technician or Bodyman is one who has completed an apprenticeship at the trade or its equivalent and holds a Class S, T or B certificate. Competency: A Journeyman technician or bodyman must maintain a high standard of workmanship and perform work to the best of his trained ability with minimum supervision. Journeymen must be prepared to take manufacturers/ trade training programs and appropriate tests following these programs. It is extremely important to the employers that a high level of expertise/competency is maintained throughout the dealership in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. A Journeyman Technician, Bodyman/Painter or any other employee of the bargaining unit will not attempt to entice clients of the Company from the workplace to another workplace. A Journeyman Technician, Bodyman/Painter or any other employee of the bargaining unit will promote his or her workplace in a positive manner.

In order to promote individual technical training, Pinewood Ford will credit technicians who perform web based training at home the published course length times as set out by the manufacturer towards time off with pay up to 5 days at max at one time or will compensate $50.00 per completed course. If time is available during working hours and with management approval training may be done at work. The courses must be of a technical nature or mandatory courses as set out by the manufacturer and with management’s approval. Credited time off will be taken at a mutually agreed upon time. A Journeyman Technician, Bodyman/Painter or any other employee of the bargaining unit will not attempt to entice clients of the Company from the workplace to another workplace. A Journeyman Technician, Bodyman/Painter or any other employee of the bargaining unit will promote his or her workplace in a positive manner.

  • Schedule A Schedule A attached to the Current HPA is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule A attached to this Amendment.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Schedule C Schedule C to the Agreement, setting forth the Portfolios of the Trust on behalf of which the Trust is entering into the Agreement, is hereby replaced in its entirety by Schedule C attached hereto.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement.   • Amendment of Schedule A Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting in lieu therefor the Schedule A attached hereto.
