Classification Review. Any employee who believes his position is not properly classified may request the Town Manager to review such position. Within thirty (30) days after the receipt of such request, the Town Manager or the Human Resources Director shall conduct a study to determine the facts and shall meet with the employee(s) and/or his or her Union representative(s) for the purpose of reviewing the findings of the study. The Town Manager or the Human Resources Director shall render his decision in writing to the employee, the Union and the Department Head within fifteen (15) days after such meeting.
