Classification Maintenance Program. (a) New or Changed Classifications: The Employer may institute new classifications in addition to those listed in Appendix A. Should any such new classification be instituted, the Employer shall establish the rate for same and shall submit the classification and rate to the Union in writing and, in addition, shall post the classification and rate. The posting shall indicate that the new classification and rate of pay is subject to agreement between the Union and the Employer. Within 30 working days of such submission and posting, the Union may, if it deems necessary, request to meet with the Employer to review the classification and rate and if mutual agreement cannot be reached, the difference may be referred to arbitration under the provisions of Article 9. Any change in rate resulting from discussion between the parties, or following a reference to arbitration, shall be retroactive to the date the new classification was instituted by the Employer.

If an employee believes that the position they occupy is improperly classified, they shall forward to the Union and their Employer, a copy of their job description and will identify in writing any job discrepancies between assigned duties and the job description content. The date of submission will be signed by both employee and the Employer. Changed Classification: If the Union claims that the duties of an existing classification have been changed to an extent sufficient to alter the classification and/or rate, the Union may request to meet with the Employer to review the classification and/or rate. If within thirty (30) working days of the submission of such request; which shall be in writing, and the request shall specify any changes in duties and any proposed change in the rate of pay, mutual agreement cannot be reached, the difference may be referred to arbitration under the provisions of Article 10 (Arbitration).   • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements. Such Maintenance Programme shall include:

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.

  • Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
