Common use of Classes of Partnership Units Clause in Contracts

Classes of Partnership Units. Subject to Section 4.2.B above, as of the Effective Date the Partnership has five (5) classes of Partnership Units entitled “Common Units,” “Class A Units,” “Class B Units,” “Class C Units” and “LTIP Units.”

Classes of Partnership Units. Subject From and after the Effective Date, subject to Section 4.2.B 4.2.A above, as of the Effective Date the Partnership has shall have five (5) classes of Common Partnership Units entitled “Common Units,” “"Class A Units,” “", "Class B Units,” “", "Class C Units” ", "Class D Units" and “LTIP "Class E Units.”" and one class of Preference Units entitled "Series A Preferred Units" which shall be issued to the Partners in connection with the Consolidation as set forth below:
