Common use of Class Placement Clause in Contracts

Class Placement. All placement decisions by the LTS and Skating Director are based on class participation, attendance, progress, ability, and consistency. It is not unusual to remain in the same level for more than one month. Each student has a rate at which they will progress physically and mentally. Please respect the Director’s knowledge of where your child should be placed.
