CIVILIAN TRAINER ALLOWANCE. 36.1 A Civilian member who is assigned by a Senior Officer or District Commander, to train another Civilian or Uniform member of the Service shall receive an allowance of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour while still assigned. Effective February 16, 2010, such allowance shall be amended to five percent (5%) of the base hourly salary of the member. 37 STAND-BY PAY
