CITY'S GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE - REPRINTING. Unit employees who need to resolve a dispute relating to work related matters may utilize the City's grievance procedure, provided that the subject matter of that grievance falls within the definition of a grievance, provided in the following section. The City's Grievance procedure is reprinted from the City's Employer-Employee Relations Ordinance here solely for the convenience of unit employees and Police Management and the fact that it is reprinted here is not intended to add or detract from its status as a City-wide grievance procedure, and is not a formal part of this Memorandum of Understanding.
