Common use of City’s Cost of Service Clause in Contracts

City’s Cost of Service. The City’s estimated General Fund “Cost of Service” for the Company’s Qualified Facility is 30% of the sum of the property taxes abated annually during the period of abatement. The Cost of Service fee will either be covered in full by new General Fund revenues that directly result from the project or by a direct payment of any deficiency by the Company.
