City Fees and Charges. The City represents that no annexation fees or other fees or contributions are payable by Owner and/or Applicant as a result of the annexation of the Property to the City and its development in substantial compliance with the terms of this Agreement, with the exception of fees payable pursuant to this agreement and applicable provisions of the City Code.

City Fees and Charges. The Developer shall pay the usual and customary fees and charges of the City as a result of the annexation of the Territory to the City and development of the Property in substantial compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including the City’s consulting fees and charges (including legal or other outside consultants, as needed) and those fees and contributions for residential development as attached as Exhibit I, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. The City makes no representations in regard to fees and charges imposed by agencies having jurisdiction over the Property other than the City
City Fees and Charges. Except as otherwise provided for in this Annexation Agreement, the City represents that no annexation fees or other fees or contributions are payable by Owner and/or Applicant as a result of the annexation of the Property to the City and its development in substantial compliance with the terms of this Agreement, with the exception of fees payable pursuant to this agreement and applicable provisions of the City Code. The City expressly waives the Annexation Fee required under Title 3 of the Batavia Municipal Code. In lieu of said fee, Owner shall pay, or reimburse, the City for all reasonable City expenses related to the annexation process including, but not limited to the following: City staff time to review plans and documents, and legal fees, engineering fees, preparation of documents and plans, hearings, approvals of, and enforcement of this Annexation Agreement. The City shall create and hold, and Owner shall fund, an expense account to pay or reimburse the City for all expenses related to the annexation process.

  • Fees and Charges County will pay the following fees in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. Payment shall be as follows:

Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall pay applicable sales tax imposed by the State of Washington on purchased goods and/or services. Contractor, however, shall not make any charge for federal excise taxes and Xxxxxxxxx agrees to furnish Contractor with an exemption certificate where appropriate.
