Common use of Child Sexual Abuse Reporting Policy Clause in Contracts

Child Sexual Abuse Reporting Policy. Contractor agrees to comply with Chapter 577, Article IV, of the Suffolk County Code, entitled “Child Sexual Abuse Reporting Policy,” as now in effect or amended hereafter or of any other Suffolk County Local Law that may become applicable during the term of this Agreement with regard to child sexual abuse reporting policy.

Child Sexual Abuse Reporting Policy. It shall be the duty of the Contractor agrees to read, become familiar with, and comply with the requirements of Article II of Chapter 577, 880 of the Suffolk County Code. The Contractor shall comply with Article IVII of Chapter 880, of the Suffolk County Code, entitled “Child Sexual Abuse Reporting Policy,” as now in effect or amended hereafter or of any other Suffolk County Local Law that may become applicable during the term of this Agreement the Contract with regard to child sexual abuse reporting policy.
