Each such account (the "Account") is subject to the general terms and conditions and any specific terms and conditions relating to that type of account that may be set forth in this Agreement. This disclosure describes the terms, services and the interest calculation with respect to the Deposit Accounts opened through the Bank's website. All Checking and Savings accounts are variable accounts and these rates are subject to change without notice. This Truth in Savings disclosure refers to the Schedule of Fees – Business Banking herein.
