PROPERTY DIVISION. If the intended marriage shall be terminated by a decree of dissolution, divorce or there is a legal separation or annulment, Bride agrees in the division and disposition of the matter not to seek, demand or accept any portion or share of Groom's Separate Property. The parties, however, do not intend this Agreement to limit the Court's authority to order child support payments for the parties' child(ren) in the event of a dissolution of their marriage or legal separation.
