CHECK STUB. Employees shall be furnished with a copy of an electronic record showing their itemized deductions each pay period, which shall include the current hours worked, accrued time off for eligible employees, current wages earned, current wage rate, cumulative wages to date, and any regular itemized deductions, including any duly authorized dues and COPE deduction, in accordance with each Employer’s payroll procedures.

10.02 A clear itemized statement of all earnings and deductions shall be attached to each employee's paycheck. All hourly rates of pay shall be clearly posted on the check stub along with a breakdown of all hours worked at each rate of pay. Social Security and Federal Withholding taxes shall not be lumped together on the check stub but each shall be separated from each other.
