Charitable Choice. Contractor shall document the total number of referrals necessitated by religious objection to other alternative SUD providers. The Contractor shall annually submit this information to DHCS’ Program Support and Grants Management Branch by e-mail at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ by October 1st. The annual submission shall contain all substantive information required by DHCS and be formatted in a manner prescribed by DHCS.
