Changes to Services Guide Sample Clauses
The "Changes to Services Guide" clause defines the process by which updates or modifications can be made to the document that outlines the details, features, or procedures of the services provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who has the authority to make changes, how such changes will be communicated to the other party (such as via written notice or online updates), and when those changes become effective. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to any alterations in the scope or delivery of services, thereby reducing misunderstandings and maintaining transparency throughout the contractual relationship.

Changes to Services Guide. Services we provide and/or facilitate may be further described and governed under our Services Guide (described above). We reserve the right, and you hereby agree that we are permitted, to modify our Services Guide (and the Services themselves) from time to time, in our discretion, to accommodate minor changes in the industry and/or the manner in which Third Party Providers provide or support their services. You will be notified of those changes (if any) by email; provided, however, that if any of the changes will have a substantial and negative impact on the type or scope of a service provided, then you will be given a period of time before the change is implemented during which you will be permitted to terminate the applicable service with no further obligation (the “Notice Period”). Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the Notice Period will indicate your acceptance of the change(s).
