Changes to Requirements. 5.1 Connected Learning shall notify the consultant of any material change to the requirements under this contract. 5.2 The consultant shall use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate any changes to the needs and requirements of the MAT provided that it is entitled to payment for any additional costs incurred as a result of any such changes.
