Designated Information Sample Clauses
The Designated Information clause defines specific categories or types of information that are subject to particular protections or obligations under an agreement. In practice, this clause typically identifies certain data—such as confidential business plans, technical documents, or customer lists—that must be handled according to stricter confidentiality or usage terms. By clearly outlining what constitutes Designated Information, the clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities regarding sensitive material, thereby reducing the risk of accidental disclosure or misuse.
Designated Information. Notwithstanding the above, any information explicitly designated as Sensitive by Intuit or by Company. Restricted Information: Aggregated or anonymous customer information (any customer information other than Personally Identifiable Customer Information), contractual information or obligations not designated as Sensitive, and any information explicitly designated as Restricted by Intuit or by Company.
