Changes Not Specific to Savient’s Bulk Product. To the extent that changes to the Facility are required pursuant to Legal Requirements applicable to biopharmaceutical manufacturing in general, costs incurred for such changes shall be reimbursed by Savient on a Pro Rata Basis, at cost.
