Changes in Plans and Specifications. (1) If the Manager determines that the Detailed Plans and Specifications approved by the Manager were approved in error, the Manager, in his or her discretion, may require the Detailed Plans and Specifications to be revised. The Developer shall submit at least three (3) copies of the Revised Detailed Plans and Specifications showing the required changes and obtain the written approval of the Manager. Unless otherwise directed by the Manager, the Developer shall, without recourse against the City, cease work under this Agreement until the Revised Detailed Plans and Specifications are approved by the Manager. (2) If, during the progress of the work, the Developer proposes changes to the Detailed Plans and Specifications approved by the Manager, the Developer shall submit at least three (3) copies of the Revised Detailed Plans and Specifications showing the proposed changes and obtain the written approval of the Manager.
