Changes in Hours of Operation. i) The Employer shall give the Union sixty (60) days notice of changes in the hours of operation that affect the work schedules of employees. Where circumstances beyond the Employer's control require the introduction of changes in the hours of operation with less than sixty (60) days available for notice the Employer shall give the maximum notice possible.
