Changes in Calendar Sample Clauses

The "Changes in Calendar" clause establishes the procedures and conditions under which the schedule or timeline of a project or agreement may be modified. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to propose or approve changes, the process for requesting adjustments, and any notice requirements or documentation needed to formalize the change. For example, if unforeseen circumstances delay a project milestone, this clause would govern how the parties agree to a new completion date. Its core function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon method for managing and documenting changes to timelines, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring all parties remain aligned on scheduling expectations.
