Change Team Process. Thirty (30) day Planning Stage. The planning stage shall be a period of no less than thirty (30) days except by mutual agreement. a. Extend the timeline for this stage by mutual agreement. b. Implement part of the change, define the outstanding components that need to be discussed and mutually extend timeline, and set a meeting date to discuss. c. Put the item on the next ABC agenda and invite delegate and the manager from affected area and high level decision maker to discuss the problem we are seeking to address and possible next steps.
