Change Team Process. Thirty (30) day Planning Stage. The planning stage shall be a period of no less than thirty (30) days except by mutual agreement. During the thirty (30) days, the Change Team shall meet to determine, review, refine, define and sign-off on a timeline and plan for how to resolve the situation or change. At this stage, the team is charged with:  How to meet the goals while maintaining safe patient care and quality services. This evaluation may include researching best practices, evidence based standards and other models.  Development of a work plan to ensure appropriate training and competency validation for staff performing new work (if applicable)  Development of new schedules when appropriate  Determining member super users for competency evaluation (if applicable)  Evaluating open positions and which will be frozen and what steps need to be taken to have the positions ready to be listed and frozen ideally thirty (30) days prior to re-bid  Requests from an employee, for a reduced FTE. The reduced FTE may be made available, in conjunction with business needs in the opinion of the Employer or associated with objectives of the restructure. If department objectives are achievable through a voluntary reduction in FTE, the Change Team process may conclude. If there is no agreement during this step, the Change Team may:

Related to Change Team Process

  • Change Management Process If Customer or Oracle requests a change in any of the specifications, requirements, Deliverables, or scope (including drawings and designs) of the Professional Services described in any Statement of Work, the party seeking the change shall propose the applicable changes by written notice. Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the written notice, each party’s project leads shall meet, either in person or via telephone conference, to discuss and agree upon the proposed changes. Oracle will prepare a change order describing the proposed changes to the Statement of Work and the applicable change in fees and expenses, if any (each, a “Change Order”). Change Orders are not binding unless and until they are executed by both parties. Executed Change Orders shall be deemed part of, and subject to, this Addendum. If the parties disagree about the proposed changes, the parties shall promptly escalate the change request to their respective senior management for resolution.

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Benchmarking Process 2.2.1 The Supplier shall produce and send to the Authority for Approval, a draft plan for the Benchmark Review.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Hiring Process i. School District and Teach For America will collaborate in good faith to facilitate the efficient hiring of individual Teachers, in accordance with the School District’s established District hiring practices.

  • Performance Improvement Process 9.5.1 The purpose of the Performance Improvement Process is to remedy or mitigate the impact of a Performance Factor. The Performance Improvement Process may include: a requirement that the Hospital develop an Improvement Plan; or an amendment of the Hospital’s obligations as mutually agreed by the parties.

  • Consultative Process This Agreement recognises a commitment of the parties to develop working arrangements which will bring success to the operations of the Company through the ability to implement flexible work arrangements to meet the requirements of customers and the personal, study or family commitments of employees.

  • Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.
