Common use of Change of Receipt Point or Delivery Point Clause in Contracts

Change of Receipt Point or Delivery Point. (a) The User may not change a Receipt Point or Delivery Point without ActewAGL's prior written consent, which shall only be withheld on reasonable commercial or technical grounds, and which may be given subject to reasonable commercial and technical conditions. An example of a reasonable ground for withholding consent is where ActewAGL would not receive at least the same amount of revenue relative to the amount it would have received before the change.
