Common use of Certified Worker Clause in Contracts

Certified Worker. The Employer accepts that one representative of CUPE Local 3348 sitting as a member of the Health and Safety Committee be trained as a certified worker pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and to assume the costs resulting from this training in accordance with the dispositions of the Act.
