Certified Test Reports. Where transcripts or certified test reports are required by the Contract Documents, meet the following requirements:
Certified Test Reports. In accordance to FAA Specification P-606-3.8 Adhesive compounds – Contractor’s responsibility, the Supplier must provide certified test reports for each batch of material delivered, and must certify that material meets the requirements for use.
Certified Test Reports. Before delivery of materials and equipment, certified copies of all test reports specified in individual sections shall be submitted for approval.
Certified Test Reports. Submit reports of tests, inspections, and verifications of all materials used under this contract approved by the Government before incorporation into the structure.
Certified Test Reports. Before delivery of materials or grout, submit certified reports of the tests specified herein. Accompany the certified reports on previously tested materials with the manufacturer's certified statement that the previously tested material is of the same type, quality, manufacture, and make as that proposed for use in this Contract. Certified test reports are required for the following: a. All cement grout constituents, including cement and aggregates. C. Proposed method for keeping existing concrete surfaces wet prior to placing nonshrink grout. D. Forming method for fluid grout placements. E. Curing method for grouts. F. Manufacturer’s Written Instructions: 1. Cement-water ratio of grout topping. 2. Mixing of grout. G. Manufacturer’s proposed training schedule for grout work. H. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Compliance: 1. Grout free from chlorides and other corrosion-causing chemicals.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Progress Reporting a) RECIPIENT must satisfactorily demonstrate the timely use of funds by submitting payment requests and progress reports to ECOLOGY. ECOLOGY reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement if the RECIPIENT does not document timely use of funds. b) RECIPIENT must submit a progress report with each payment request. Payment requests will not be processed without a progress report. ECOLOGY will define the elements and frequency of progress reports. c) RECIPIENT shall use ECOLOGY’s provided progress report format. d) Quarterly progress reports will cover the periods from January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter being reported. e) RECIPIENT must submit within thirty (30) days of the expiration date of the project, unless an extension has been approved by ECOLOGY, all financial, performance, and other reports required by the Agreement and funding program guidelines. RECIPIENT shall use the ECOLOGY provided closeout report format.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.
