Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Individual Property as currently operated (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as currently operated. The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Property.

The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Property.

The use uses being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with respective Parcel conform to the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Propertythat Parcel.

Borrower Borrowers shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as currently operatedthe Properties. The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Property.

All Except as provided for in the advance conditions hereunder, all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits (temporary or permanent), required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Individual Property the Properties for their intended use as currently operated self storage facilities (collectively, the “Licenses”), "LICENSES") have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as currently operatedLicenses in full force and effect. The use being made of each Individual the Property is in conformity with the any applicable certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual the Property.

The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for such Individual Property.
