Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as an office building (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as an office building. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

The use being made of the Property Project is in conformity with the any applicable certificate of occupancy issued for the PropertyProject.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as an office building. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
