Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certificates of occupancy and to Borrower’s knowledge all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including, without limitation, certificates of completion and any applicable liquor license required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein, have been obtained and are valid and in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain (or require American Express to maintain) all licenses necessary for the operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the final certificate of occupancy (or compliance, if applicable) and any other permits or licenses issued for the Property.
