Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, and approvals, including, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, licenses and approvals, including, without limitation, certificates of completion or occupancy and occupancy permits, any applicable liquor license required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein, have been obtained and are valid and in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for the Property.

All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, and approvals, including, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the each Individual Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the applicable Individual Property.

Borrowers shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the each Individual Property for the purpose intended herein. The use being made of the each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for the related Individual Property.

The use being made of the Property each such property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Propertysuch property.

The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, licenses and approvals, includingincluding without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property by Borrower for residential purposes (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effecteffect and are not subject to revocation, suspension or forfeiture. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property for residential purposes. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, licenses and approvals, includingincluding without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, permits and any applicable liquor license required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
