Common use of Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage. Concurrently with any delivery of financial statements under Section 6.1(a) and to the extent there has been a change in insurance coverage of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries since the last delivery of insurance certificates to Administrative Agent, a certificate of insurance coverage from each insurer with respect to the insurance required by Section 6.8, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, and, if requested by Administrative Agent or any Lender, all copies of the applicable policies.

Concurrently with any the delivery of annual financial statements under Section 6.1(a) and hereunder (to the extent there has been a change in insurance coverage of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries since not previously provided to the last delivery of insurance certificates to Administrative Agent), a certificate of insurance coverage from each insurer with respect to the insurance required by Section 6.8, 6.8 in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, all copies of the applicable policies. In addition, Borrower will promptly deliver to Administrative Agent copies of all notices or other correspondence from any insurer in connection with any change to the coverages then in existence.
